Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area

Spending the night at the airport
Charleroi airport operates with several flights inside Europe. Therefore, movement is constant, although at night it is pretty quiet. Passengers wishing to spend the night inside the enclosure will have to remain in the public area once the security checkpoint closes.
Where to rest: There are generally few seats, and those have armrests. However, at one end of Terminal 1, you can find cubicles that provide more privacy. On the other hand, the floor is not carpeted, so it is recommended to have a sleeping bag or blankets. There is also a VIP lounge in each terminal with more amenities, although they close at night. Finally, many accommodations in the surroundings offer shuttle services.
Baggage: Lockers are available next to the taxi stands. This means you can forget about your bags until check-in.
Eating and drinking: Shops close at night, so you will need to have refreshments ready in advance.
Wi-Fi: It is free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, children's play area, gas station.
