Copenhagen Airport offers several VIP lounges located in both terminals, providing a quiet space to work or relax before a flight. Access is subject to the policies of each lounge and may require membership, a business class ticket, or payment at the door.
Terminal 2
Aspire Lounge
Location: Next to A gates, first floor.
Opening hours: 6:00 to 20:00 (Saturdays until 19:30).
Services: Wi-Fi, digital newspapers and magazines, selection of snacks and drinks, smoking area, air conditioning.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, passengers of Air Greenland, AirBaltic or Eurowings, direct payment. Maximum stay of 3 hours.
Carlsberg Aviator Lounge
Location: Between gates A and B, above 'O'Learys Bar & Restaurant'.
Opening hours: 5:00 to 20:30 (Saturdays until 20:00).
Services: Carlsberg beers, Wi-Fi, snacks, newspapers and magazines, air conditioning.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, business class passengers of Aegean Airlines, Air Greenland, Atlantic Airways, Bravo Tours, Brussels Airlines or Icelandair, or direct payment. Maximum stay of 3 hours.
Danske Bank Aviator Business Lounge
Location: Between gates A and B.
Opening hours: 5:00 to 20:00.
Services: Wi-Fi, power outlets for electronic devices, printers, buffet, drinks.
Access: Business class passengers of airlines such as Aegean Airlines, AirBaltic, Air France, Air Serbia, Alsie Express, Atlantic Airways, Croatia Airlines, Etihad Airways, Finnair, Iberia, KLM, LOT Polish Airlines, Luxair, Sola Air, TAP Air Portugal, Vueling. Also available with direct payment.
Terminal 3
Eventyr Lounge
Location: Next to gate C26.
Opening hours: 7:30 to 20:00.
Services: Computers, showers, drinks, light meals, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, TV, air conditioning.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, business class passengers of British Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airways, American Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Air India, Air China, EgyptAir or Ethiopian Airlines, or direct payment. Maximum stay of 4 hours. International flights only (non-Schengen).
Regus Express Arrivals Lounge
Location: Fourth floor, Arrivals Hall.
Opening hours: 24 hours.
Services: Workstations, meeting rooms, TV, library, showers, Wi-Fi.
Access: Online booking or direct payment.
SAS Lounge
Location: In front of gate C10.
Opening hours: Open during SAS and partner flight operations.
Services: Buffet, drinks, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, computers, printers, showers, rest cubicles, meeting rooms.
Access: SAS business class passengers, first and business class passengers of SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, top-tier EuroBonus members.

- Currency exchange offices: Available in several locations, with extended operating hours (generally from 6:00 to 22:00).
- Cash machines (ATMs): Located throughout the airport, both in the terminals and in the Arrivals and Departures areas.
Postal Services
The airport provides postal services for sending mail and parcels.
Connectivity
The airport offers free Wi-Fi access across all terminals and public areas for all passengers. Simply select the network "CPH Airport Free Wi-Fi" and follow the instructions to connect.
Hotels and Meetings
The Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport is conveniently located opposite Terminal 3. It offers accommodation, as well as business facilities and meeting rooms, making it an ideal option for conferences or stopovers.
Dining
A wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and fast-food outlets is available throughout the airport, both before and after security control.
24-hour service: Some options, such as Burger King in the public area of Terminal 3, operate around the clock. Copenhagen Coffee Lab, near gates A, and SMAG, near gates C, also remain open throughout the night.

Passengers can enjoy a varied retail offer, including duty-free shops in both terminals, as well as fashion and accessories stores, souvenirs, electronics, toys, kiosks, confectioneries, bookshops, and convenience stores.
Luggage
- Lockers: Available for storing luggage on the ground floor of car park P4 and the first floor of P7A.
- Lost Property: For enquiries about lost luggage or items, passengers should go to the information desk in Terminal 3 or contact the airport police office. You can also complete the following form.

- Medical clinic and pharmacy: Services available for basic and emergency healthcare needs.
- Massage chairs: To relax before or after your flight, located near gates A, B, C, D, E, and F.
- Hairdresser: Provides personal care services.
