From 4:00 am to 11:00 pm, line 200E travels between the site and Kőbánya-Kispest metro station via Ferihegy railway station. Between 11:00 pm and 4:00 am, the service goes to Határ út station, from where lines 914, 914A, 950 and 950A depart to the centre of Budapest.
Route 100E is a 24-hour service to Kálvin tér, Astoria and Deák Ferenc tér. It runs every 6-10 min. during the day, every 10-15 min. in the morning and afternoon, and every 20-40 min. in the evening.
Bus stops are on the Arrivals level, between the two terminals. Tickets can be purchased at BKK service points (Tel +36 1325 5255) located throughout the airport, information desks, post office, newsagents and vending machines at bus stops.
MiniBUD (Tel +36 1550 0000) provides 24-hour door-to-door transfers from the airport, with fares starting at €6.00. The company has counters in both terminals.
From Kőbánya-Kispest station you can board the M3 line, direction Újpest Központ, to reach the city centre. It runs every 5-10 minutes from 4:26 am to 11:26 pm. Intermediate stops include Határ út, Népliget, Semmelweis Klinikák, Kálvin tér, Ferenciek tere, Deák Ferenc tér, Lehel tér, Dózsa György út, Forgách utca, Újpest-Városkapu. To get to the station, take bus 200E from/to the airport.
The nearest station is Ferihegy, from where MÁV
trains (Tel +36 1349 4949) depart to Nyugati terminal, in the city centre, with a journey time of about 25 minutes.
