Baggage Services

• Luggage Storage and Lockers: Due to federal TSA security mandates, Atlanta Airport does not provide luggage storage, left-luggage lockers, or baggage holding facilities. Travelers must keep all personal belongings in their custody.
• Baggage Carts: Self-service rental luggage carts (Smarte Carte) are available in all baggage claim halls and terminal curbsides.
• Lost and Found: The central airport Lost and Found office (managed by AATC) is located on the upper level of the North Terminal. Open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, or via their online claim form. For items left onboard an aircraft, passengers must contact their airline directly.
