Airport Express Line (Line A) - EMT Málaga

- Journey time: Approximately 15–20 minutes to the city centre.
- Timetable: Departures from the airport between 6:20 and 0:45. From Málaga city centre between 6:30 and 0:00.
- Frequency: Every 20–30 minutes, depending on the time of day.
- Fare: Single ticket costs €4.00. Tickets can be purchased on board.

Intercity Buses
Several intercity bus routes connect the airport with nearby towns.
- Line M-135 CTMAM: Connects the airport cargo terminal with Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga, and Santa Amalia.
- Line M-169 CTMAM: Service between the airport and Alhaurín de la Torre.
- ALSA: Connects the airport with destinations such as Nerja, Motril, Seville, and Granada.
- Avanza Bus: Provides direct connections to Marbella and Estepona, as well as the Cádiz towns of Algeciras and La Línea de la Concepción.

Trains
The Renfe Cercanías C1 line offers a fast and efficient connection with Málaga city and the main towns of the Costa del Sol.
- Route: Connects the airport with Málaga city centre (Centro-Alameda Station) in 12 minutes. It also serves Torremolinos, Benalmádena, and Fuengirola.
- Station: Integrated into the Terminal 3 building, accessible from the arrivals forecourt and the departures level pavement.
- Timetable: Operates from 5:20 until 23:20, approximately.
- Frequency: Every 20 minutes.

Rent a Car
Taxis
Taxi ranks are conveniently located outside Terminal 3.
- Rank: Outside the Arrivals area of Terminal 3.
- Journey time: Approximately 20–25 minutes to Málaga city centre.
- Fares: The fare to the city centre ranges between €20.00 and €30.00, depending on the tariff (day/night, holidays) and supplements. A minimum fare from the airport applies.
- Operators: Taxi Unión and Unitaxi are among the available services. It is advisable to confirm with the driver before starting the journey.
VTC (Chauffeured Vehicles) / Ride-sharing
Services such as Uber and Bolt are available at the airport. It is recommended to use the respective mobile apps to request the service.
