Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge - It is situated on level 2, near gate 10, and opens from 4:00 am to 9:30 pm. Light snacks and drinks, reading material, Wi-Fi, workstations. Access: with Air Canada Maple Leaf Club or United Club membership, business class passengers from Air Canada, Altitude Super Elite 100K, Elite 75K, Elite 50K and Elite 35K members, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members, American Express AeroplanPlus Platinum and Corporate Platinum cardholders.

The airport has ATMs, VIP lounge, plugs for electric devices and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks- Restaurants and coffee shops on the first floor and the Departures Hall. Tim Hortons is open 24 hours a day.
Shopping- There is a duty-free store on level 2, in addition to shops selling gifts, souvenirs, books, newspapers and magazines, handicrafts, electronics.
Baggage- The lost and found office is situated in the Security Operations Centre, on the main floor of the terminal, and operates around the clock (Tel +1 709 758 8509).
Other Services- Children's play areas, baby changing facilities, quiet room, water fountains.
