Spending the night at the airport

Tirana Airport operates many flights within the continent. However, few people choose to spend the night inside the terminal, so it is fairly quiet for resting. Keep in mind that you must stay in the public area overnight. Make sure to bring everything you need to stay comfortable, such as a blanket or inflatable pillow, comfortable clothing, toiletries, and a bottle of water.

Where to rest: Padded seats are available opposite the Arrivals Hall, in front of check-in counters 8–12, and near the G Gates. The airport’s VIP lounge offers greater comfort and is open 24 hours a day, making it a good option if you have a membership that grants access. There is also a hotel opposite the airport and several more nearby.

Baggage: There are no luggage storage facilities. This means you will need to stay with your belongings until you can check in.

Eating and drinking: KFC is located just outside the terminal and is open 24 hours a day.

Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
