Tirana International Airport Nënë Tereza, also known as Rinas Airport and opened in 1957, is the only international air terminal in Albania. It operates with flights to various parts of Europe and also to some of the Middle East such as Dubai.

The airport has currency exchange bureaus, ATMs, public telephones, mobile phone services, business center, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. In addition, the nearby Hotel Airport Tirana has a conference center.
A business lounge can be found on the second floor, after the security checkpoint, and opens since one hour before the first flight until one hour after the last; it provides TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, computers, refreshments, drinks, Wi-Fi (access with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door - €15.00).
Food & Drinks- cafes and bars in the transit area, bar and restaurant in the Arrivals Hall, chocolate shop in the Departures area.
Shopping- Stores selling candy, newspapers and magazines, books, jewellery, souvenirs, accessories. In the Departures area there is a duty-free shop.

Bus - LU-NA (Tel +355 695 727 261 / 693 794 848) operates buses every hour from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm between the airport and the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet, next to Skanderberg Square, in downtown Tirana.
Shuttles - Adis Travel and Tours (Tel +355 5222 5539 / 682 290 722 / 666 090 721) offers an express service to Durres from 10:15 am to 5:15 pm.
On the other hand, Euro-Albania Travel (tel +355 696 740 073) runs to Fier at 9:00 am and at 2:00 pm.
Taxi - The trip to the city centre takes 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic, and the fare is around EUR 20. The official service is provided by Auto Holiday Albania (AHA). Tel. + 355699999300
It is recommended to use only licensed taxis, which are yellow with the Auto Holiday Albania logo and the airport logo on both sides of the vehicle. At the airport, these taxis are parked in front of the terminal and also in the terminal's pick-up area.
Applications - There are three companies that operate similarly to Uber, although the meeting point must be coordinated with the driver since they do not have an exclusive stop like taxis. UPs Taxi, Speed Taxi and Taxi.al
There are counters on the outside of the terminal, near the bus station.

There are parking lots next to the terminal. The first 7 minutes have no charge. In front of the building there is a passenger drop-off area (Kiss And Fly) which is free for 4 min. Fees

If you should need special assistance due to a disability, or in the case of elder passengers, minors between 6 and 12 years old travelling alone or pregnant women, coordinate with your airline at least 48 hours before the flight. There is a reserved parking sector for people with reduced mobility in front of the terminal.
