Nënë Tereza International Airport, also known as Rinas Airport and opened on 1 October 1957, is the main international air terminal in Albania. It serves the city of Tirana, its metropolitan area and the surrounding region, in Tirana County. It is also one of the most important airports in the Balkans. It operates flights to various points in Europe and some destinations in the Middle East.
