For passengers seeking added comfort before their flight, the airport offers an exclusive lounge located in the international departures area, providing a calm environment and premium services.

North Sea Lounge

Location: Level 1 of the international departure area, located near gates 11–12. After passing through security screening and passport control (if applicable), follow the signs towards the international gates area.

Opening Hours: Sunday to Friday from 5:00 am to 7:30 pm, and Saturdays from 5:00 am to 6:15 pm.

Facilities: Offers a selection of snacks and cold dishes, alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) and non-alcoholic drinks, high-speed Wi-Fi, workstations, television, international newspapers and relaxation areas with views of the apron.

Access: Via DragonPass membership, business class passengers or frequent flyer status holders with airlines such as KLM, Lufthansa, Scandinavian Airlines and Widerøe. Pay-per-entry access is also available at the door (subject to availability).

Finance and Connectivity

The airport provides cash machines from various networks, located both in the public area and within the departure zone. For travellers requiring internet access, free Wi-Fi is available for a period of 4 hours by selecting the “AIRPORT” network. Once the time limit has expired, it is possible to log in again easily.

Dining

The dining offer is varied and strategically distributed according to flight type. In the arrivals area, you will find fast food outlets and cafés. The domestic departures area features a selection of restaurants and bars serving local and international dishes, while the international departure lounge offers café, bar and restaurant options for a more comfortable wait.

Shopping and Duty Free

Duty Free shops are available both for passengers departing Norway and for those arriving on international flights, located in the departure and baggage reclaim areas respectively. In addition, the terminal features convenience stores, bookshops, and outlets selling fashion, jewellery and Nordic accessories.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Trolleys: Available free of charge at key points throughout the terminal, including car parks and the baggage reclaim area.
• Lost Property: The office is operated by Widerøe Ground Handling and is located in the arrivals area. Opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Other Services

The airport offers free drinking water fountains located after the security checkpoints. It also provides work areas with desks and power outlets, mobile device charging zones and a children’s play area. The Scandic Stavanger Airport hotel, located just a few metres from the terminal, offers fully equipped meeting and conference facilities.
