Number of Terminals – 4 – Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, open 24 hours a day. The free Skytrain connects Terminals 1, 2 and 3 from 5:00 am to 2:00 am. The transit areas are also connected by moving walkways. Free shuttle buses connect Terminal 4 every 10–30 minutes. Jewel is directly linked to the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 1.

The airport is located in the Changi district, 24 km (15 miles) east of downtown Singapore.

Facilities include lifts, ramps, and accessible toilets. Wheelchairs can be requested at the medical centres (Tel +65 6241 8818). Passengers requiring special assistance should inform their airline prior to travelling. Children under the age of 12 travelling alone will be escorted by staff from the respective airline.
