The airport offers various comfort options for passengers looking for a quiet space before their flight, with lounges available in both the domestic departures area and the international terminal.

Turkish Airlines Lounges

Location: There are two exclusive lounges. One is located on the first floor of the international area and the other next to the VIP terminal.

Opening hours: Open from 4:00 am to 1:00 am.

Services: Buffet with hot and cold dishes, traditional Turkish beverages and soft drinks, prayer rooms, children’s play area, computers, high-speed Wi-Fi and a selection of international newspapers.

Access: Passengers travelling in Turkish Airlines business class and Star Alliance airlines, Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members, and holders of Star Alliance Gold status.

Plaza Premium Lounges

Location: There are three lounges operated by Plaza Premium Group. Two are in the international section (Bosphorus near gate 205 and Marmara near gate 204) and one in the domestic section (Anadolu, on the mezzanine level).

Opening hours: Open 24 hours a day.

Services: Comfortable seating areas, workstations with charging ports, buffet with local and international cuisine, TVs, flight information and designated smoking areas (on terraces).

Access: Through online booking, direct payment at the lounge reception, or via programmes such as Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe, TAV Passport and selected American Express cards.

Kepler Club (Sleep Pods)

Location: Located in the international departures area, immediately after passport control.

Opening hours: Open 24 hours a day.

Services: A hybrid hospitality concept offering private sleeping cabins, showers, a digital library, charging stations and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Access: Available for Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe and TAV Passport users (maximum stay of 3 hours), or via hourly payment directly at the facility.

Sabiha Gökçen Airport has a comprehensive infrastructure designed to meet travellers’ needs, from financial services to wellbeing and healthcare, most of which operate 24 hours a day.

Financial and Communication Services

In both domestic and international arrival and departure areas, you will have access to:

  • Banks and ATMs: Various Turkish and international banks with terminals available 24 hours a day.
  • Currency Exchange: Exchange offices located throughout the airport, operating continuously.
  • Internet: The airport offers free and unlimited Wi-Fi ("SGIA-Free-WiFi" network). Access can be obtained via a code received by SMS or by scanning your passport at the digital kiosks located in the terminal.
  • Post: A post office (PTT) is available for last-minute shipments and basic postal services.
  • Communications: Mobile network operator shops (such as Vodafone and Turkcell) are available in the arrivals area for purchasing local SIM cards.
  • Business: A conference centre with equipped meeting rooms is available on the arrivals level.

Dining

The dining offer is extensive and varied, with options ranging from traditional Turkish cuisine to international fast-food chains. Most venues are located in the food court at departure level.

  • Highlights: Restaurants such as BigChefs and Karafirin offer refined dishes, while chains such as Starbucks, McDonald's, Burger King and Simit Sarayi are available 24 hours a day.

Shopping and Duty Free

Duty Free shops (Dufry) operate 24 hours a day on both levels of the terminal, offering tax-free products such as perfumes, cosmetics, alcohol and tobacco. There are also fashion boutiques, electronics stores, pharmacies and Turkish handicraft shops in the Anatolian Bazaar.

Baggage

  • Luggage Storage: Located in the international arrivals hall, available 24 hours a day for the safe storage of luggage for short or extended periods.
  • Plastic Wrapping: Luggage protection services with plastic film are available on the departure level before the check-in counters.
  • Lost Property: Managed in the domestic departures area. It is recommended to track or report items via the official lost property form.

Other Services

  • Medical Assistance: A first aid clinic and ambulance services operate 24 hours a day for emergencies.
  • Pharmacy: Nuray Pharmacy is available 24/7 on the departures level.
