Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area

Can passengers spend the night at the airport?
Passengers having a flight early in the morning can spend the night inside Porto airport. The staff is generally tolerant of sleepers waiting for check-in time in public areas. The terminal is small and therefore it is easy to move from one place to another. At night, the place is usually cold, so it is recommended to have a sleeping bag or blankets, as well as earplugs for the noise that the cleaning crew makes.
Where to rest?
You can find many benches and comfortable seats. Some of the coffee shops, after closing, have sofas and ideal seats for resting, and on the upper level, there are private nooks where you can lie down. On the other hand, for more amenities, you can use the airport's VIP lounge, although it is temporarily closed. Or you can directly choose to spend the night in one of the nearby hotels, one of which is located right across from the enclosure.

Is there something to drink or eat during an overnight stay?
