Terminals 1 & 3

• Aspire Lounge: Located on the left after passport control, it offers a premium and exclusive standard, with an enhanced food selection and self-service drinks in a refined setting. It is open from 4:00 am to 8:30 pm.
• Escape Lounge: Situated on Level 3 after security and open from 4:00 am to 7:30 pm. It provides a relaxed atmosphere for families and leisure travellers, with a food buffet, a variety of drinks and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Terminal 2

• 1903 Lounge: A premium lounge exclusively for adults (aged 16 and over). It offers panoramic runway views, a chef-prepared menu using locally sourced ingredients, and a wide selection of premium drinks. Located on the departures level, to the right of the Bridgewater Tap pub, and open from 3:00 am to 8:45 pm.
• Aspire Lounge: Located near Gate 209, it features comfortable seating, work areas, snacks and drinks. It is accessible to passengers of any airline between 4:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Escape Lounge: A welcoming, family-friendly space offering a buffet of hot and cold dishes, complimentary drinks and relaxation areas with daily newspapers. It is located on the upper level of the departure lounge and operates from 3:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Access: Most Escape and Aspire lounges allow entry through memberships such as Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club. It is also possible to book in advance via the airport’s official website to ensure availability, especially during periods of high demand.

In Terminals 2 and 3, you will find cash machines and currency exchange bureaux operated by Travelex. The airport provides free Wi-Fi access for a period of 2 hours; if you require a faster or longer connection, premium paid plans are available. In addition, the Concorde Conference Centre, located at the Runway Visitor Park within the airport grounds, offers unique facilities for meetings and corporate events.

Food and Drink

The food and drink offering is extensive and varied, with a higher concentration of options available after the security controls. You can choose from international restaurants, traditional British pubs, fast-food outlets and speciality cafés. In the arrivals areas of Terminals 2 and 3, outlets such as M&S Simply Food and Starbucks operate 24 hours a day.

Shopping and Duty Free

World Duty Free shops offer tax-free products in the departures areas. In addition, the airport features a wide range of international brand stores, fashion, technology, perfumery and pharmacies (Boots). You will also find convenience stores such as WHSmith for last-minute purchases of newspapers, books and snacks.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Trolleys: Available throughout the airport. Use requires payment of a non-refundable £1.00 fee (contactless card payments or £1 / €2 coins are accepted).
• Baggage Wrapping: Wrapping and protective services are available in the departures areas.
• Luggage Storage: Secure storage services are operated by the Excess Baggage Company and are available in the arrivals area of Terminal 2.
• Lost Property: To claim items lost within the terminals, you must complete the official lost property form. If the item was lost on board an aircraft, you should contact your airline directly.

The airport offers multi-faith prayer rooms open 24 hours a day, fully equipped baby feeding rooms and children’s play areas. For those looking to relax, spa services and massage chairs are available in Terminal 2.
