Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area

Please note that some published services and schedules may be subject to change. If the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are about to board.

Overnight at the airport

Being the highest airport in the world, you should take the appropriate precautions so that the altitude does not affect you. Otherwise, the airport has limited facilities.

Where to rest: The seats in the terminal are uncomfortable, but the other option is to lie down on the floor. The place is usually very cold, especially at night, so it is advisable to have blankets or a sleeping bag. In the boarding areas, on the other hand, you will find a couple of VIP lounges with more comfort, although they close at night. In addition, there are cabins to rest in the central hall of the airport.

Baggage: There is a left-luggage service next to the main entrance.

Eating and drinking: There are two options open during the night in the Domestic Departures Hall.

Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
