Sleeping inside or in nearby hotels (LPB)

Possibility to spend the night at La Paz airport (LPB), if open 24 hours. Services available, places to rest (free resting zones), or look for the list of nearby hotels and vip lounges.

Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all regular services and hours may be subject to change. Thus, if the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are close to boarding.

Spending the night at the airport

Being the highest airport in the world, you should take the appropriate precautions so the altitude does not affect you. Other than that, the enclosure has limited facilities. Where to rest: Seating inside the terminal is uncomfortable, but the other option is to lay on the floor. The place can get very cold, especially at night, so it is recommended to have blankets or a sleeping bag. In the boarding areas, on the other hand, you will find a couple of VIP lounges with more amenities, one of which is open around the clock. In addition, there are sleeping cabins in the central hall of the airport.

Baggage: A left luggage service is available next to the main entrance.

Eating and drinking: There are no options open during the night.

Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
