General Alfredo Vásquez Cobo International Airport, opened in 1974, serves the city of Leticia and the Amazonas department, being the main air terminal of the Colombian jungle region. It operates with domestic destinations.

Taxi - Vehicles available at the exit from the passenger terminal. The trip to the city centre takes around 10 minutes.
There is a small, outdoor area dedicated to vehicle parking opposite the terminal building, on the airport's access road.
Passengers requiring special assistance or wheelchairs should inform their airline or travel agency about their particular needs in advance.
