The free LAX Shuttle (route M) connects the terminals to Aviation Station, where you can board the LA Metro C (green) line (Tel +1 323 466 3876). Tickets cost USD1.75 and the service stops at Redondo Beach, Douglas, El Segundo, Mariposa, Hawthorne/Lennox, Crenshaw, Vermont/Athens, Harbor Freeway, Avalon, Willowbrook/Rosa Parks, Long Beach Boulevard, Lakewood Boulevard and Norwalk. Numerous direct and public services are available, with destinations within Los Angeles and the surrounding area. Vehicles depart from the City Bus Center, which can be accessed via the complimentary LAX Shuttle (route C) from 4:00 am to 2:00 am.

Shared Transfers
Scheduled shuttle buses and minibuses provide service from the airport to various tourist areas of Los Angeles, such as Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland Anaheim resort hotels, O.C. Convention Center, among others. In addition, there is service to neighboring locations such as Santa Barbara, Ventura County and John Wayne Airport. Santa Monica Big Blue Bus (Tel +1 310 451 5444) - Operates routes 3 and Rapid 3 to Westchester, Playa Vista, Marina del Rey, Venice and Santa Monica, with a fare of USD1.25.
Torrance Transit (Tel +1 310 618 6266) - Line 8 to Torrance, passing through North Redondo, Dudmore, Delthorne and Southwood Riviera, with a travel time of about 45 minutes. Fare is USD1.00. It departs every 40 minutes from 6:08 am to 9:44 pm.
Beach Cities Transit (Tel +1 310 802 7686) - Line 109 to El Segundo, The Pointe, Douglas, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Riviera Village.
