Terminal 1

Hawaiian Airlines Premier Club - Second floor, near gate A18, open from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm. Snacks, TV, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: business class passengers from Hawaiian Airlines, Pualani Platinum and Gold or Premier Club members.

The Plumeria Lounge - Open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Situated on the third floor. Air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, drinks. Access: with Priority Pass membership, business class passengers from Hawaiian Airlines, Pualani Platinum and Gold members, through online booking or by paying at the door (USD40.00).

Terminal 2

ANA Lounge - Above gate C4. Temporarily closed. Food, drinks, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, nursing room. Access: with Diamond Service, Platinum Service, Super Flyers Card, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first or business class passengers from All Nippon Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Delta Sky Club - Across from gate F1, open from 5:30 am to 9:30 pm. Wi-Fi, plugs for electronic devices, reading material, food, bar. JAL Sakura Lounge / American Airlines Admirals Club - Third floor, open from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm. Refreshments, TV, beverages, newspapers and magazines, computers, Wi-Fi. USO Lounge - Between baggage reclaim halls 19 and 20, open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Drinks, meals, TV, entertainment, plugs for electronic devices, computers, telephones, printers, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, baby changing facilities, children's area, library, showers. Access: military and their families.

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has ATMs, postal services, VIP lounges, conference rooms, plugs for electric devices, workstations with internet, public telephones and free Wi-Fi access. There are business centres in terminals 1 and 2 with fax, photocopying, internet, PC and mobile phone hire services.

Food and Drinks

Most options are found in Terminal 2, with restaurants, cafés, fast food outlets, ice cream stores, bars and vending machines. In the other two terminals, the offer is limited.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in the central lobby and the boarding concourses of Terminal 2, in addition to newsagents, accessories, electronics, flowers, souvenirs, clothing, cosmetics, jewellery, books and magazines.

Baggage

Carts available for a fee on the Departures level and the baggage reclaim halls, for free in the International Arrivals building. Left luggage services from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm in Terminal 2, opposite baggage carousel 18 (Tel +1 808 833 2288). Lost and found office on the ground level of Terminal 2 Garage (Tel +1 808 836 6683). It operates Mondays through Fridays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
