Cathay Pacific The Pier - It is located next to gate 65. Temporarily closed. Tea room, bar, food, showers, workstations, Wi-Fi. Emirates Lounge - Near gate 40. Temporarily closed. Snacks, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, drinks, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Emirates.

Hong Kong Airlines Club Autus - On floor 7. Temporarily closed. Buffet, beverages, baby changing facilities, showers, children's area, workstations. Access: with DragonPass, Fortune Wings Club Platinum, Gold or Silver membership, business class passengers from Hong Kong Airlines.

Hong Kong Airlines Club Bauhinia - Gate 23, from 6:00 am to 1:30 am. Meeting rooms, computers, Wi-Fi, press, buffet. Access: with Fortune Wings Club Platinum, Gold or Silver membership, business class passengers from Hong Kong Airlines.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Three lounges situated on level 6 (gates 1 - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm - and 35 - 3:00 pm to 8:00 am) and on level 7 (gate 60 - temporarily closed). The maximum stay is 3 hours. TV, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, telephones, Wi-Fi, computers, air conditioning, beverages, conference facilities, fax. Access: with DragonPass membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge - Near gate 5. Temporarily closed. Selection of warm food and light snacks, Wi-Fi, bar, showers, TV. Access: with PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, first or business class passengers from Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

United Club - Situated close to gate 61. Temporarily closed. Beverages, showers, press, TV, computers, Wi-Fi, conference facilities, snacks, telephones. Access: with United Club, Premier Gold, Premium Platinum, Premier 1K or Global Services membership, first or business class passengers from United Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members, active US military personnel.

Hong Kong airport (HKG)

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (6:30 am to 10:30 pm), post office, VIP lounges, plugs for electric devices, mobile phone, photocopying and fax services, public telephones, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. There is a business centre in the check-in area of Terminal 1, and meeting and conference facilities at several hotels in the vicinity, at the Asia World Expo and the Airport World Trade Centre, next to the enclosure.

Food and Drinks

There is a wide variety of bars, cafés, bakeries, fast food outlets and restaurants with typical and international fares scattered throughout the enclosure.

Shopping

Duty-free shops and convenience stores in both terminals, cosmetics, fashion and accessories, toys, jewellery, liquor, tobacco, books, electronics.

Baggage

Porters and secure wrapping from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm on level 7 of Terminal 1 (Tel +852 3918 5000). Left luggage service on level 5 of Terminal 1, from 5:30 am to 1:30 am (Tel +852 2261 0110). Lost and found office on level 5 of Terminal 2, available from 7:00 am to 11:59 pm (Tel +852 2182 2018; e-mail: [email protected]; online form).
