Passengers must have an approved “BVI Gateway Traveler Authorization Certificate” obtained at least 48 hours prior to departure HERE

Entry by air to the Territory is only allowed through the TB Lettsome International Airport.
Travelers who have been fully vaccinated, with the final dose administered at least 14 days prior to travel, can enter the BVIs by sea via the Road Town Jetty; Soper's Hole Pier, West End; Dock for dogs, Jost Van Dyke; and St Thomas Bay Dock, Virgin Gorda.
Partially vaccinated travelers (those who have received one dose of a two-dose vaccine, or whose final dose of the vaccine was administered less than two weeks before arriving in the Territory) can only enter the BVI via the Road Town Jetty and the TB Lettsome. International Airport.
