Spending the night at the airport
Casablanca airport is very crowded and can be difficult to navigate, especially because of the lack of proper signage. Have earplugs and a sleeping mask handy.
Where to rest: The Departures area is the best option, as the seats are more comfortable. Another ideal place is the check-in area of Terminal 2. Transit passengers from Royal Air Maroc having a layover of more than 8 hours get a free hotel room. Inside Terminal 2, on the other hand, there are a few VIP lounges that open 24 hours a day.
Baggage: There are no luggage storage offices inside this airport.
Eating and drinking: Available options are closed at night. In addition, the airport's commercial stores have pretty high prices.
Restrooms: Showers only inside the VIP lounges.
Wi-Fi: Free for 30 minutes.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, currency exchange bureaus.
A few accommodations are available nearby, but most hotels are located inside the city.
