Travelers presenting a valid international certificate for full COVID-19 vaccination, using an approved vaccine, are exempt from pre-departure testing requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure. The vaccine certificate must have been issued by an accredited laboratory in the country of issue and linked with a QR code.
Travelers arriving from countries where worrisome variants of COVID-19 have been identified are subject to a rapid COVID-19 test upon arrival. A list of identified countries has not been confirmed.
A health declaration form must be completed and will be provided by the airline or upon arrival. All travelers must provide proof of travel insurance that includes full coverage of COVID-19 medical costs and accommodation in the event of any quarantine requirements. The insurance policy details should be uploaded when completing the health declaration form.
