Parking
Brasília Airport offers parking options managed by the company Estapar, with 24-hour surveillance and digital booking systems. There are differentiated sectors based on the need for proximity or economy.
Parking A (Premium)
Located directly in front of the terminal building. It features covered and uncovered spaces. It is the most convenient option for quick access to check-in counters and the arrivals area.
Parking B (Standard / Economy)
Uncovered sector located about 800 meters from the terminal. It offers lower rates for long stays. The airport provides a free shuttle service connecting this parking lot to the passenger terminal.
Reservations and App (Zul+):
It is recommended to book in advance through the Zul+ platform or the Estapar website. Online booking guarantees a spot and usually offers significant discounts compared to the pay-on-site rate.
Grace Period:
There is a 10-minute grace period for quick transit (immediate entry and exit) at no cost.
Facilities for passengers with special needs
Brasília Airport (BSB) features modern and accessible infrastructure, designed to comply with ANAC regulations and ensure autonomy for passengers with reduced mobility or special needs.
Reduced Mobility
The terminal features access ramps, spacious elevators, escalators, adapted telephones, and accessible restrooms in all public and boarding areas.
Boarding and Disembarking:
For flights that do not use jet bridges, the airport has Ambulifts (lift vehicles) that allow boarding and disembarking the aircraft safely and comfortably, eliminating the need to climb stairs.
Requesting Assistance:
Wheelchairs and escort services are the responsibility of the airline. It is necessary to request this service at the time of booking or at least 48 hours in advance of the flight.
Invisible Disabilities
Sunflower Lanyard: The airport promotes the use of the "Sunflower Lanyard" (Cordão de Girassol). This badge allows staff to discreetly identify passengers with non-visible disabilities (autism, anxiety, dementia), providing them with greater patience and support during airport processes.
Priority by Law
In Brazil, preferential attention is a legal right. The following have priority in check-in, security check, and boarding lines:
- People over 60 years old.
- Pregnant women and nursing mothers.
