Brasília Airport is a regional benchmark for its selection of VIP lounges, standing out as the only airport in Brazil with lounges operated directly by the airport operator under the Aeroportos VIP Club brand. These facilities are strategically distributed to serve both the high volume of domestic traffic and international flights.

VIP Lounges

Aeroportos VIP Club (Domestic)

Located on the second floor of the domestic departures area, after the X-ray security checkpoints. It can be accessed via the escalator to the right of Dufry, then by following the corridor to the end. It is the airport's main lounge and offers first-class facilities.

Hours: Open 24 hours.

Services: Hot and cold food buffet, bar, private showers, meeting rooms, business center, children's area, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Access: Through Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass programs. Also available to holders of select credit cards issued by Brazilian banks or through paid access at the entrance.

Note: The domestic lounge will undergo expansion and bathroom renovation work between July and September 2026. During this period, the lounge's restrooms will be unavailable, but passengers may use the terminal restrooms on the lower floor. The lounge will remain operational without affecting its capacity or service.

Aeroportos VIP Club (International)

Located on the lower level of the international departures area, next to the Dufry store.

Hours: Open 24 hours.

Services: International buffet, selection of premium beverages, showers, and relaxation areas.

Access: Through Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass programs, or for business class passengers of participating airlines.

VIP Express Club (North Pier and South Pier)

Designed for shorter stays, these lounges are located near the boarding gates at opposite ends of the terminal for travelers' convenience.

• North Pier: Located on the mezzanine level, next to Gate 10.
• South Pier: Located on the first mezzanine level of the boarding area, next to Gate 41.

Hours: Daily from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Services: Selection of snacks, beverages, children's play areas, and a quiet environment for work.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or DragonPass memberships.

Emerald VIP Lounge by ADVT

An exclusive space for Banco de Brasília customers, centrally located with views of the apron. Formerly operated as the BRB VIP Lounge, it is now managed by Advantage Group. With its own X-ray security checkpoint, the lounge is accessible from both the public area and the departures area. The main entrance is located in the services plaza on the second floor of the terminal, with another entrance available through the Dufry store.

Hours: Generally from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Services: Meeting room, showers, cold buffet, alcoholic beverages (wine and beer), family area, and Wi-Fi.

Access: Exclusive to holders of premium credit cards issued by Banco de Brasília (BRB).

 Facilities and other services

BSB stands out for offering one of the most comprehensive service infrastructures in Brazil, designed to make the stay of passengers traveling through this major connecting hub as convenient as possible. Its distinctive feature is the Praça Pick-Up, an open-air complex in front of the terminal that combines dining, services, and transportation in a modern environment.

Wi-Fi: The airport offers free and unlimited internet access throughout all terminal areas.

Financial Services: The airport has a branch of Banco de Brasília (BRB) (Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), multi-bank ATMs (Banco24Horas) operating 24 hours a day, and foreign exchange offices operated by Europa Câmbio in the international departures area.

Dining

The dining options are extremely varied and are spread across the public hall, boarding areas, and Praça Pick-Up, with more than 70 options in total.

Availability: As a major hub with significant nighttime traffic, many establishments (cafés, fast-food restaurants, and bars) operate 24 hours a day, ensuring food options are available at any time.

Shopping

The airport has a large-scale commercial area that includes:

• Duty-Free Shops: Operated by Dufry in the international area, along with "Duty Paid" stores in the domestic area.
• Retail Stores: Bookstores, electronics stores, fashion outlets, Brazilian handicrafts, souvenirs from the capital, and Drogasil and Drogaria Brasil pharmacies.

Baggage

Luggage Storage: The service is provided by Security Bag through automated lockers. They are located in the Praça Pick-Up complex, in front of the passenger terminal, and are available 24 hours a day.

Baggage Protection: Plastic wrapping stations are available in the check-in area for additional luggage security.

Lost and Found: The "Achados e Perdidos" office is operated by Inframerica and is located on the International Arrivals (Desembarque) level, on the ground floor.
