Terminals
The airport has four passenger terminals: A, B, C, and E (International Terminal). All operate 24 hours a day and are connected on the public, pre-security side via pedestrian walkways and a bus system.
Internal Connection: A free and accessible shuttle bus system operates 24/7. It connects all terminals, the parking garages, the rental car center, the MBTA Blue Line subway station, and the ferry/water taxi dock.
Annual Passenger Traffic: Nearly 45 million passengers passed through the airport in 2024, setting a new post-pandemic record.
Information Points
Public Service Information Booths are located on the arrivals level (baggage claim) of each terminal (A, B, C, and E). Additionally, the airport has a team of volunteers, known as "Logan Luminaries," who roam the terminals to offer assistance to passengers.

Car Rental
Logan Airport consolidates all rental operations at its modern Rental Car Center (RCC). This four-level facility houses all companies in one convenient location.
How to Get There (Free Shuttles):
To reach the Rental Car Center, take the free blue-and-white Massport shuttle buses. Look for buses signed for the following routes:
- Route 22
- Route 33
- Route 55
These buses pick up passengers curbside on the Arrivals Level of every terminal.

Boston Logan Airport (BOS) and Massport strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and accessible experience for all travelers. Passengers needing special assistance are encouraged to notify their airline and TSA Cares at least 72 hours in advance.
Passengers with Reduced Mobility
Wheelchair Assistance: This service is provided by the airlines and must be requested directly from them before travel. Staff will assist from curbside to the departure gate.
Terminal Accessibility: All terminals feature elevators, ramps, accessible restrooms, and Braille signage. Massport’s On-Airport Shuttles and the Logan Express are fully accessible and equipped with both visual and audio announcements.
Parking: Reserved spaces for vehicles with disability placards are available in all airport garages, located close to elevators and walkways.
“Wings for Autism/Autism Speaks” Program
Massport periodically hosts the “Wings for Autism” program for families with autistic children. It allows families to rehearse the entire travel process—from check-in and security screening to boarding an actual aircraft—to reduce anxiety before a real trip.
Visual & Hearing Disabilities
The airport offers assisted navigation apps such as Aira (visual interpretation), available free of charge within Logan’s terminals for blind or low-vision travelers. TTY phones are also available throughout the facility.
Families & Lactation
Lactation Rooms: Private, comfortable spaces are available in every terminal for nursing or pumping. Facilities include Mamava suites and dedicated rooms located both pre- and post-security.
Kidport: Children’s play areas are located in Terminals A, B, and C, offering a safe space for kids to burn off energy before flying.
Unaccompanied Minors
The escort service for unaccompanied minors is managed exclusively by each airline. Massport does not provide escorts. Contact your airline for fees, age restrictions, and specific procedures.
