Terminal A

Delta Sky Club - Two lounges located next to gates A7 and A18, open from 4:30 am to 10:00 pm. Wi-Fi, plugs for electric devices, newspapers and magazines, meals, bar. Terminal B

American Airlines Admirals Club - Near gate B4 and open between 4:00 am and 8:30 pm. Wi-Fi, computers, food, showers, children's area, conference facilities. Access: with American Airlines Admirals Club or Alaska Lounge membership, first and business class passengers from American Airlines or Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members, or by paying at the door (USD59.00).

United Club - Level 3, next to gate 24. Available from 4:30 am to 10:00 pm. Snacks, telephones, drinks, conference facilities, newspapers and magazines, TV, computers, Wi-Fi. Access: with United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first and business class passengers from United Airlines or Star Alliance airlines, United Premier Gold, Platinum, 1K, Global Services and Star Alliance Gold members, active US military personnel, or by paying at the door (USD59.00).

Terminal C

The Lounge - First floor, in front of gate C19. Open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, beverages, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (USD45.00).

USO Lounge - On the lower level and open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (until 5:00 pm on the weekends). Computers, snacks, TV, entertainment, Wi-Fi, children's area. Access: military and their families.

Terminal E

Air France Lounge - Open from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm and situated next to gate 4. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Computers, refreshments, drinks, fax, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, La Premiere and premium economy class passengers from Air France, business class passengers from Air France or KLM, Flying Blue Gold, Platinum, Silver or Ivory members, first or business class passengers from SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, or through online booking.

British Airways Lounge - Fourth floor, across from gate E11. It opens from 4:30 am to 7:30 am and from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Business facilities, Wi-Fi, beverages and meals, showers, entertainment, telephones. Access: with Gold Executive Gold or Silver membership, first or business class passengers from British Airways and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Emirates Lounge - Above gate E11 and open from 6:15 pm to 9:15 pm. Gourmet cuisine, drinks, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: first and business class passengers from Emirates, Skywards Gold and Platinum members.

Lufthansa Lounge - It is found on level 4, opposite gate E11. It opens from 2:00 pm to 9:45 pm. Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers, magazines. Access: with DragonPass, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first-class passengers from Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines or Star Alliance airlines, Miles & More HON Circle, Miles & More Senator and Star Alliance Gold members.

The Club - Opposite gate 11. Temporarily closed. Air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, refreshments, drinks, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (USD45.00).

Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse - It is situated on level 2, across from gate 11. Temporarily closed. Reading material, library, business centre, meals. Access: with DragonPass membership, Upper Class and Flying Club Gold passengers from Virgin Atlantic, Delta SkyMiles Diamond, Platinum or Gold Medallion and Virgin Australia Velocity Platinum or Gold members.

Facilities and other services

 
Boston airport (BOS)

The airport has currency exchange bureaus (8:30 am to 9:30 pm), ATMs, VIP lounges, plugs for electric devices and free Wi-Fi access. The Hyatt and Hilton hotels located on-site provide business facilities and meeting rooms.

Food and Drinks

There is a wide variety of restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops and bars in all terminals. Dunkin' Donuts, in Terminal B, is open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in every terminal, in addition to stores selling souvenirs, books, clothing and accessories, newspapers and magazines, perfumes, electronics, toys, cosmetics, jewellery, sports goods, candy.

Baggage

Trolleys available in the terminals and the central parking lot for a fee. The lost and found office is located on the Arrivals level, between terminals C and E, and operates from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm (Tel +1 617 568 7514; online form).

Other Services

Shoeshines, drinking fountains, chapel, art exhibits, children's play areas, baby changing facilities, spas, medical assistance, lotteries, hairdressers.
