The airport operates via a centralized main terminal building (Grand Lobby) featuring three main levels: Level 1 (Ground Transportation), Level 2 (Baggage Claim), and Level 3 (Ticketing and Check-in). Gates are divided across Concourse B, Concourse C, Concourse D, and the Satellite Concourse (connected via continuous shuttle buses). All concourses are connected airside post-security (a brand-new Concourse A is currently under development). The terminal remains open 24 hours, and TSA security checkpoints open daily at 3:30 am.

The Welcome and Information Center is located on Level 1 (Ground Transportation), behind the central escalators, operating daily from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm. Important Considerations

• Grace Period: The first 30 minutes in Terminal Garages 1 and 2 are free (30 to 60 minutes costs USD 18, with a daily maximum of USD 36).
• Free Cell Phone Waiting Lot: A designated waiting area for greeters picking up arriving travelers is located at 1415 Murfreesboro Pike (approx. 5 km from the terminal), featuring real-time flight status screens. Drivers must remain in their vehicles.
