Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, opened in 1928, serves the state of Arizona and is one of the busiest in the country. It operates with domestic and international flights to Mexico, Canada and a few European countries.

Number of Terminals - 2 - Terminals 3 (John S. McCain III) and 4 (Barry M. Goldwater), open 24 hours a day. The free Sky Train links the terminals 3 and 4 with each other and the parking lots every 3-5 minutes.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

All terminals have ramps, automatic doors, elevators, accessible facilities (telephones, restrooms, drinking fountains, counters). There are also reserved parking spaces and electric carts for people's transport. The transportation systems are accessible for passengers with reduced mobility, while United Access (Tel +1 877 501 8267) and Wheelers Accessible Van Rentals (Tel +1 602 333 1594 / 866 333 1594) can provide vans equipped with lifts.
