Spending the night at the airport
Izmir airport is open 24 hours a day and is an ample place that can house many passengers. It is recommended to have a sleeping mask and earplugs to avoid the bright lights and loud noises.
Where to rest: On the top floor you can find some comfortable couches, while throughout the enclosure there are many quiet nooks where you can lay down if you have a sleeping bag. You can also enter one of the VIP lounges, which open 24 hours a day, although the maximum stay is 4 hours. On the other hand, there is a hotel in the international sector and another one next to the airport's entrance.
Baggage: A left-luggage service operates 24 hours a day in the International Arrivals area.
Eating and drinking: Many of the available options inside the terminal are open during the night.
Wi-Fi: Access only by previous payment.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, porters, secure luggage wrapping, medical clinic, prayer rooms.
