Covid-19: Regulations for travel to Mauritius

International travel to Mauritius is allowed. You need to meet the requirements to ensure entry is allowed.

Vaccinations and travel rules for vaccinated people

Travelers who present a valid international certificate for full vaccination against COVID-19, using an approved vaccine, are exempt from quarantine requirements. Vaccinated travelers must still provide a valid test result prior to departure and undergo further testing on arrival and on day 5. It is mandatory to submit medical certificate / proof

Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be presented upon departure.

Additional documents required

A travel form must be completed within 72 hours of departure. Additionally, foreign travelers must provide proof of comprehensive medical insurance that includes full coverage of the costs of COVID-19 treatment.
