Vienna Airport operates numerous flights and connections across Europe and the rest of the world. Therefore, there is constant movement, even during the night, and it is common to see many passengers waiting for their flights. It is advisable to have a sleep mask, earplugs or headphones at hand, as there are often loud announcements and bright lights. Note that the layout of the airport can be confusing.
Where to rest: There are many armrest-free benches throughout the airport. In particular, Concourse F has especially large and comfortable seats, as does the area near Gate C21. The experience may vary depending on your boarding gate. In many boarding areas, there are cubicles offering greater privacy with padded benches and reclining chairs. Another option (available by paying or through a credit card that provides access) is to use one of the VIP lounges. The only downside is that they close at night. Alternatively, there are private sleeping cabins in Terminal 3 and two hotels located opposite the terminals.
Baggage: Luggage storage is available at the service desk in Terminal 3 from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm.
Food and drink: Currently, the only options available at night are vending machines.
Restrooms: Showers are available only in the VIP lounges, not in the public toilets.
Wi-Fi: Free and unlimited.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, children’s play areas, baby changing facilities, prayer rooms.

On the second floor of Terminal 3, ZZZleepandGo sleeping cabins are available. In addition, the NH Vienna Airport Conference Center and MOXY Vienna Airport are located opposite the terminals. Further accommodation options can be found in central Vienna, many of which offer complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport.
