Quito Airport offers comfortable options both in the public area and in the exclusive boarding areas. These lounges are designed to provide a relaxing and productive environment before your flight or during an extended layover.

Domestic VIP Lounge

Located on the departure level, after passing through security. Access is exclusively available to passengers traveling on domestic flights.

• Hours: Open from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay is 3 hours.
• Services: Air conditioning, snacks and beverages, Wi-Fi, television, telephones, and a wide selection of newspapers and magazines.
• Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club memberships; premium credit cards from local banks (Visa Signature, Infinite, Mastercard Black); or direct payment at the reception desk (approximately USD 30.00).

International VIP Lounge

Located on the international departures level, across from the Duty Free store. It stands out for its modern design and outdoor terrace.

• Hours: Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 3 hours.
• Services: Showers, a rest area, snacks, a beverage bar, Wi-Fi, television, and an outdoor garden where travelers can enjoy a natural setting before their flight.
• Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club memberships; premium cards from local banks; or payment at the door (approximately USD 42.00).

Layover Stay

This lounge is located on the second floor of the Quito Airport Center, in the public (landside) area, across from the arrivals doors. It is an ideal option for passengers with long layovers who have not yet checked in or for those who have just landed. It is connected to the main terminal by a covered walkway.

• Hours: Open 24 hours a day. Maximum stay: 4 hours.
• Services: À la carte menu, snacks, beverages, showers, luggage storage, computers, Wi-Fi, television, and newspapers.
• Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club memberships.

The airport offers a wide range of financial and connectivity services for travelers. The terminal features ATMs from several local banks, currency exchange offices (Global Exchange) operating 24 hours a day, public telephones, and retail stores specializing in the sale of SIM cards and mobile phone plans. The airport also provides free Wi-Fi access throughout all areas and charging stations for electronic devices.

Dining

The dining options are varied and include coffee shops, pizzerias, snack bars, and international restaurants. Notable establishments include TGI Fridays and Amazonía Café, which serve the public 24 hours a day, providing dining options for passengers with late-night or early-morning flights.

Shopping

The airport is home to the Mall del Cielo, a shopping center offering a wide selection of stores. Passengers can find duty-free items, traditional Ecuadorian sweets, fresh flowers, handicrafts, souvenirs, jewelry, books, electronics, and fashion. Cosmetics and liquor stores are also available in both the public areas and the pre-boarding areas.

Baggage

The following services are available for baggage handling and security:

• Baggage carts: Available free of charge 24 hours a day in the arrivals and departure areas.
• Luggage wrapping: A baggage protection service using plastic film (Secure Wrap), located in the check-in area (open 24 hours a day).
• Luggage storage: BAG Parking is located in the arrivals hall and operates around the clock.
