Turin Airport offers a space of exclusivity and comfort designed both for business travellers and for those wishing to relax before their flight.
Piemonte Lounge
The lounge is located on the departures level, after passing through security screening (upper level). It offers a calm environment with views of the apron and the mountains. Its services include:
- Catering with light refreshments, sweet and savoury snacks, and a selection of hot and cold beverages.
- High-speed Wi-Fi, charging stations for electronic devices, and work areas.
- Digital and printed newspapers, television, and air conditioning.
- Fast Track included: Lounge access allows the use of the priority lane at the security checkpoint.
Opening hours: Daily from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm.
Access: Passengers holding Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership. It is also possible to purchase a single-entry pass via the official website or directly at the lounge reception (€32.00). Passengers travelling in business class with selected partner airlines may also have access included.
Facilities and other services
The airport offers a wide range of facilities to ensure travellers’ comfort, from digital connectivity to health services and rest areas.
Connectivity and Finance
Free and unlimited Wi-Fi access is available throughout the terminal via the “Torino Airport Wi-Fi” network. In both the arrivals and departures areas, there are ATMs from various banking institutions as well as currency exchange services.
Food and Drink
The food and beverage offering is varied and includes traditional Italian cafés, snack bars and full-service restaurants. In the public arrivals area, options such as Piazza Castello and Passaggio Torino stand out, while in the boarding area passengers will find Piedmontese cuisine, artisan gelato parlours and international chains. Vending machines are also available throughout the terminal.
Shopping
After passing through security, passengers access a shopping area with Duty Free stores. Travellers can find luxury brands, fashion, accessories, electronics, newspapers and tobacco products. There is also a strong presence of shops specialising in regional Piedmont products (wines, chocolates and truffles). In the arrivals area, a CraI supermarket is available for last-minute purchases.
Luggage
- Trolleys: Available free of charge for transporting luggage in the car parks and terminal areas.
- Luggage Wrapping: A protective luggage wrapping service is available in the departures area, near the check-in counters, from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- Lost Property: The office is located on the arrivals level and operates from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. You can make enquiries via the official email address oggettismarriti@sagat.trn.it.
Other Services
- Pharmacy: Located on the departures level, before the security checkpoints.
- Prayer Room: A multi-faith space available to all passengers in the departures area.
- Family Services: Baby changing facilities and a children’s play area in the boarding area.
- Meeting Room: The Business Centre offers spaces for corporate meetings by prior reservation.
