Real time search and Book OnlineTravelers must present a valid international certificate for complete vaccination against COVID-19, with the use of a vaccine authorized by the Chilean Institute of Public Health (ISP), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Food Administration and Medicines from the United States (FDA) or the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Vaccination status must be approved prior to departure and may take 15-30 days to validate. This must be done at https://mevacuno.gob.cl/Travelers vaccinated with a booster dose are exempt from isolation requirements. There are limited exceptions to this requirement for those who meet the special requirements of Decree 102 of the Ministry of the Interior. Travelers without valid vaccination documentation will be administered a PCR test upon arrival and must self-isolate for 7 days.
Travelers must self-isolate for 7 days upon arrival. This period may be shortened if a PCR test is performed on arrival and the result is confirmed negative.
Proof of a negative PCR test, taken within the previous 72 hours, must be provided upon departure. For travelers with connecting flights, the result must be within 72 hours prior to the last boarding point.
A 'traveler affidavit' form must be completed within 48 hours prior to departure and the generated QR code must be presented on arrival. Additionally, travelers must complete a daily tracking form 10 days after arrival. Travelers must have health insurance with a minimum coverage of $ 30,000 USD to cover any expenses related to COVID-19. Non-resident Spanish citizens do not require medical insurance, as long as they carry their Temporary Displacement forms (E / CHL-11) and Residence (E / CHL-9).
