Rosario International Airport (ROS) features two VIP lounges managed by the company AMAE Lounge, offering separate spaces for domestic and international flights. Both lounges stand out for their modern design and quality food services.

Important Note (Construction 2024/2025):
Due to the expansion and maintenance works at the terminal, the VIP lounges may experience temporary closures or changes in their operating hours until late 2025. It is recommended to check the service status before traveling.

VIP Lounges

AMAE Lounge (Domestic)
Space designed for the comfort of passengers traveling within Argentina.
Location: Domestic Boarding Area (Airside). After the security check, near Gate 1.
Hours: Daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm (subject to flight schedules).
Services: Snack and refreshment buffet, hot and cold drinks, alcoholic beverages (for those over 18), Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers, and magazines.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership. Selected Visa and American Express cardholders.

AMAE Lounge (International)
Exclusive lounge for flights abroad, ideal for waiting for boarding in a relaxed atmosphere.
Location: International Boarding Area (Airside). After immigration and security, near Gate 4.

Facilities and other services

 

Rosario International Airport (AIR) offers a range of essential services concentrated in its single terminal, designed to cover the basic needs of passengers before boarding or upon arriving in the city.

Wi-Fi Connection: Free internet access available throughout the terminal (Network: "AIR_Rosario_Free" or similar).

Financial Services:
It features ATMs (Red Link / Banco Santa Fe) located in the main hall. It also has a currency exchange desk (Global Exchange) with hours adapted to international flights.

Food

The gastronomic offer is distributed between the public area and the boarding zones.

  • Ground Floor (Public): Amaia restaurant and coffee shop, ideal for farewells or long waits.
  • Upper Floor (Public): Havanna chain coffee shop.
  • Boarding Lounge: Bar and coffee shop (Amaia) available for passengers who have already passed security checks, as well as vending machines.

Shopping

  • Duty Free: Duty-free shops (Dufry) located in the international pre-boarding and arrivals sectors.
  • Commercial Walk: In the public hall (Ground and Upper Floor) you will find newsstands and bookstores (Interbook), regional products and wines (Vinos y Sabores), and a drugstore/kiosk.

Luggage

Protective wrapping:
Luggage plastic wrapping service available in the Central Hall (Ground Floor), operating in coincidence with flight schedules.

Lost and found:
The procedure depends on where the item was lost:
- On the plane or in checked luggage: Go to the corresponding airline counter or the PSA (Airport Security Police) office.
- In the terminal: Inquire at the User Services (Information) desk in the main hall.

Other Services

Health: First aid and medical emergencies room.

Baby Care: Nursing room (Espaço de Lactancia) available for mothers, equipped for baby hygiene and feeding.

Traveler Services: Travel agency located in the terminal.
