Terminal 3 Lounges

Delta Sky Club

Location: South Concourse (Concourse F), near Gate F8 (post-security).

Hours: Daily from 4:45 am to 12:15 am.

Amenities: Fresh hot and cold buffet, premium cocktail bar, dedicated workstations with charging ports, high-speed Wi-Fi, and personalized Delta flight assistance.

Access: Delta Sky Club members, Delta One ticket holders, and eligible American Express Platinum and Centurion cardmembers traveling on a Delta-marketed or operated flight (excludes Basic Economy fares).

Escape Lounge - The Centurion® Studio Partner

Location: Mezzanine level, situated along the connector walkway between Concourses E and F (post-security).

Hours: Daily from 4:30 am to 10:00 pm.

Amenities: Locally inspired chef-crafted menus, complimentary craft beers, wines, and spirits, high-speed Wi-Fi, and quiet workspace seating.

Access: American Express Platinum, Business Platinum, Centurion, and Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders. Day passes are also available for purchase at the door or via advance online booking.

United Club

Location: North Concourse (Concourse E), adjacent to Gate E3 (post-security).

Hours: Daily from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm.

Amenities: Light snacks, premium coffee and tea bar, full beverage counter, fast Wi-Fi, and airfield runway views.

Access: United Club members, international United Polaris and United Business passengers, Star Alliance Gold members on international flights, and active-duty US military personnel.

Terminal 4 Lounges

American Airlines Admirals Club

Location: Three convenient locations: Gate A7 concourse, Gate A19 concourse, and Gate B5 concourse.

Hours: Gate A7: 5:00 am to 10:30 pm. Gate A19 and Gate B5: 5:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

Amenities: Complimentary snacks and breakfast items, full-service bar, business workstations, children's areas, and American Airlines customer service desks.

Access: Chase Sapphire Reserve® cardmembers (with up to two complimentary guests). Non-Sapphire Priority Pass holders receive one visit per calendar year per policy rules.

Public Area Lounge

USO Arizona Center

Location: Terminal 4, Level 2 (east end, pre-security).

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm; Friday to Sunday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Amenities: Complimentary snacks and beverages, internet terminals, gaming consoles, reading material, and quiet relaxation zones.

Access: Active-duty US military service members, reservists, and their immediate families with valid military ID.

Financial Services & Connectivity

• ATMs: Bank of America and regional interbank ATM cash dispensers are situated before and after security in Terminals 3 and 4.
• Cash-to-Card Kiosks: ReadySTATION self-service kiosks located in check-in areas allow cash conversion into prepaid Mastercard debit cards with no conversion fees for use in cashless airport dining and retail.
• Currency Exchange: Please note that foreign currency exchange counters are permanently unavailable at Phoenix Sky Harbor following expired concession contracts. International travelers should use ATMs to withdraw US dollars or exchange currency prior to departure.
• Free Wi-Fi: High-speed wireless internet provided by Boingo Wireless is complimentary airport-wide via the "Free PHX Boingo WiFi" network.
• Postal Services: United States Postal Service (USPS) drop boxes are situated in the ticketing halls of both terminals.

The airport is celebrated for its lineup of local Arizona restaurateurs alongside trusted national chains. Passengers can enjoy venues like Barrio Café, Matt's Big Breakfast, Blanco Tacos & Tequila, SanTan Brewery, and Sip Coffee & Beer, along with Peet's Coffee and Starbucks across the concourses.

Operating Hours: Most full-service restaurants operate between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm or 11:00 pm. Overnight selections are primarily limited to grab-and-go vending machines and pre-packaged convenience stands.

Shopping & Duty-Free

Retail stores offer travel essentials, reading material, tech gear (InMotion), and regional art gifts like Indigenous. Duty-Free shopping is exclusively located in Terminal 4, near international departure gates B15 through B28.

Baggage Services & Lost and Found

Luggage Storage: Per Transportation Security Administration (TSA) safety directives, there are no luggage storage facilities or lockers at the airport.

Early Bag Check: A complimentary service allowing domestic flyers to check luggage between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm at the Rental Car Center and East Economy garage before boarding the train (available for Alaska, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, and United domestic flights).

Urgent Care Clinic: US CareWays Urgent Care delivers medical attention, consultations, minor diagnostics, and prescriptions on Level 3 of Terminal 4 (daily 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).

Nursing Suites: Private Mamava lactation pods and dedicated companion nursing rooms with sinks and outlets are situated pre- and post-security in both terminals.

The Compassion Corner: Located on Level 3 of Terminal 4, housing an interfaith Chapel for quiet reflection and a dedicated Sensory Room for neurodiverse travelers.

Airport Museum: PHX displays one of the largest certified airport art collections in the nation, with permanent exhibits and changing gallery displays.
