Getting There (PHX Sky Train)
Shuttle buses no longer operate at terminal curbs. Access to the rental facility is provided exclusively by the automated, free PHX Sky Train.
Directions: From either terminal, follow directional signage to the PHX Sky Train station, board the train, and exit at the Rental Car Center / 24th Street Station. Escalators and elevators lead directly into the customer service lobby.
Frequency: Trains run 24 hours a day, arriving every 3 to 5 minutes.

Car Rental Requirements
Renting a vehicle at the center requires presenting a valid driver's license, a valid passport (for foreign travelers), and a major credit card in the primary renter's name for the deposit. The standard minimum rental age is typically 21 years old (a young driver surcharge applies to drivers under 25). International travelers should confirm whether their national license must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP).

5 tips for renting a car abroad
