Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport offers several VIP lounges mainly located in Terminal 1, providing comfort, connectivity, and exclusive services for passengers before their flight.

Armed Forces Service Center

A dedicated space for military personnel, their dependents, and reservists. It is operated by volunteers and offers a home-like environment.

Location: Terminal 1, Mezzanine Level, above the entrance to Concourses A and B. Accessible via elevators or stairs near the security checkpoint.

Hours: Daily from 8:00 am to 10:45 pm.

Services: Separate men’s and women’s bunk beds, complimentary food and beverages, computers, Wi-Fi, lactation room, children’s area, and sewing service.

Access: Active-duty military, retirees, National Guard, reservists, merchant marines, and their dependents. Free entry.

Delta Sky Club

As the airport’s main airline, Delta Air Lines operates three exclusive lounges in Terminal 1. All offer high-speed Wi-Fi, hot and cold buffet options, full bar service, and travel assistance.

Locations:
1. Concourse C: Next to gate C12.
2. Concourse F/G: At the entrance to Concourse F.
3. Concourse G: Near gates G17 and G18 (renovated lounge).

Hours: Generally 4:15 am to 10:15 pm (slight variations depending on location and season).

Access: Delta Sky Club members, Delta One passengers, American Express Platinum and Centurion cardholders (flying Delta), and SkyTeam Elite members on international flights. *Note: Restrictions apply for Basic Economy tickets.*

Escape Lounge - The Centurion® Studio Partner

A high-quality independent lounge offering a dining experience curated by local chefs.

Location: Terminal 1, Mezzanine Level, above the entrance to Concourse E.

Hours: 4:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Services: Complimentary bar, fresh food menu, digital news, Wi-Fi, and work areas.

Access: American Express Platinum and Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders. Also available for Priority Pass and DragonPass members (subject to capacity). Passengers of any airline may purchase access at the door (approx. USD 45.00) or book online at a discount.

PGA MSP Lounge

A unique concept combining a VIP lounge with golf simulators and sports experiences.

Location: Terminal 1, Concourse E, accessible from the Airport Mall.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm; weekends from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Services: Golf simulators (extra cost or included depending on membership), putting green, bar, à la carte dining, and Wi-Fi.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and Diners Club (conditions may vary between lounge entry or credit for consumption).

United Club

A modern space to work or relax before Star Alliance flights.

Location: Terminal 1, Concourse E, between gates E6 and E8.

Hours: Daily from 5:00 am to 6:45 pm (subject to flight schedules).

Services: Self-service bar, breakfast and light snacks, Wi-Fi, and workstations.

Access: United Club members, United Polaris passengers, Star Alliance Gold members (on international flights), and active U.S. military personnel in uniform or with travel orders.

Financial Services

Banking: Wings Financial Credit Union operates a full-service branch in Terminal 1, located in Concourse C near gate C3.
Lobby Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Personal Teller Machines: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm; Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Currency Exchange: Foreign exchange services are provided by Currency Exchange International (CXI) at the following locations:

• Terminal 1:
  • Public Area (Pre-security): Baggage claim level, near carousel 11 (11:00 am to 7:00 pm).
  • Secure Area (Post-security): Entrance to Concourse G (7:00 am to 7:00 pm).
• Terminal 2: Secure area, near gate H5 (5:30 am to 12:00 pm).

ATMs: US Bank and Wings Financial machines are available in both terminals, located in public areas and gate concourses.

Connectivity and Business

Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available in both terminals through the "MSP Free Wi-Fi" network. Access is provided in 4-hour sessions, which may be renewed as many times as needed at no cost.

Mail: There is no full post office inside the terminals. Mail drop boxes from USPS and FedEx are located in the Airport Mall in Terminal 1 and on the departures level. Stamp purchases are available at US Bank ATMs.

Conference Center: Located on the Mezzanine Level of Terminal 1, above the entrance to Concourse F. It offers meeting rooms for 1 to 100 people, private workstations, printing services, and catering. Open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Dining

Terminal 1 offers the widest variety of dining options, including full-service restaurants, local bars, and major fast-food chains. Terminal 2 features a more limited selection.

24-Hour Availability: There are currently no full-service restaurants open 24 hours. For late-night food, passengers can use Farmer's Fridge smart vending machines offering salads and fresh meals (located in Concourses C, E, F, and H), as well as cafés that open very early (around 4:00 am) such as Roasting Plant and Dunkin'.

Shopping

The “Airport Mall” in Terminal 1 is the main commercial area. Duty-free stores (Duty Free Americas) are available in Terminal 1 (near gate D6) and Terminal 2 (near gate H5). A wide selection of electronics shops, fashion stores, regional souvenirs, bookstores, and newsstands is also available.

Baggage and Lost & Found

The central Lost & Found office is located in Terminal 1 on the lower level (Valet Parking Level). Access is available via elevators located in the center of the Check-in or Baggage Claim areas.
