Spending the Night at the Airport

Although the terminal closes its commercial operations between 12:00 am and 4:00 am, passengers holding a valid flight ticket for the following morning are allowed to remain inside the building. This is a common option for those with early-morning flights or long layovers; however, you should bear in mind that the environment is usually cold and the lights remain on, so it is advisable to bring a blanket or warm clothing and an eye mask.

Rest Areas

• Public Areas (before security): Most passengers staying overnight settle on the departures level of Terminal A. Seating is limited and fitted with armrests, which makes lying down difficult. The area in front of the check-in counters is the main waiting zone.
• Departure Areas (after security): You can only access these areas once security controls open (approximately at 4:00 am). Therefore, it is not possible to spend the night in the boarding gate area.
• VIP Lounges: The Lounge does not operate 24 hours a day (it closes after the last flight), so it is not an option for sleeping during the night.

Services Available During the Night

Due to the overnight closure of most shops, services are very limited during the early hours:

• Food and Drink: There are no restaurants or cafés open 24 hours a day. It is recommended to purchase food and drinks before midnight or use the vending machines located throughout the terminal.
• Wi-Fi: The free and unlimited connection remains active throughout the night.
• Toilets: Sanitary facilities in the public area are available and kept clean during the night.
• Security: Security staff patrol the terminal regularly. You may be asked to show your passport and flight ticket to confirm that you are travelling early in the morning.

Although there are no hotels within the terminal itself, several accommodation options are located just a few minutes away, making them ideal for short stays or early connections. Many of these hotels offer complimentary transport services to facilitate passenger transfers.
