Metro
The M4 line (blue line) of the Milan Metro operates from 5:40 am to 12:30 am and connects the airport directly with the city centre and key stations such as Dateo, Repetti, Forlanini, Argonne and Susa. The journey to San Cristoforo station, in the heart of Milan, takes approximately 12 minutes. You can check updated fares and schedules on the ATM website.
- Connections: Dateo and Forlanini stations offer a direct interchange with the suburban train (Passante Ferroviario), connecting the airport with regional destinations such as Varese, Novara and Treviglio, among others.
- Fare: A single ticket costs €2.20.
- Night Service: At night, the M4 service is replaced by the NM4 night bus line, which covers the route between Linate and San Cristoforo with intermediate stops.

Buses
Various bus lines connect Linate with Milan and neighbouring cities. Stops are located in the arrivals area or in the designated zones.
- Linate Shuttle (Air Pullman): Provides a direct service between Linate Airport and Milan Central Station, with a fare of €7.00 per journey. Travel time is around 25 minutes.
- Airport Bus Express (Autostradale): Connects Linate with Milan Central Station and Lambrate. Fare: €5.00.
- Line 973 (ATM): Connects San Felicino (Via Segrate) with Milan. Stops in Milan include Viale Corsica, Corso 22 Marzo and Piazza 5 Giornate. The stop at Linate is located in the Arrivals area, Gate 8.
- Lines 901/903 (ATM): Line 901 connects Linate with Peschiera Borromeo and San Donato bus station. Line 903 replaces line 901 during weekends.
- Line 923 (ATM): Stops in front of the terminal and travels to Novegro, San Felice and Ospedale San Raffaele.
- Line K511 (Autoguidovie): Connects Vailate, Rivolta, Liscate and Pioltello with Milan (Piazza 5 Giornate). In Linate, it stops in the Kiss&Ride area along the SP15b.
- Line z409 (Autoguidovie): Heads to Segrate, Pioltello Limito and Rodano. The stop at Linate is also located in the Kiss&Ride area along the SP15b.
Long-distance and Seasonal Services
- Flixbus: Offers connections to various Italian cities.
- Livigno Express, Flyski Shuttle: Provide transfers to the areas of Bormio, Livigno and ski resorts in Trentino/Dolomites (generally during the winter season).

Taxi ranks are located outside the arrivals area, on the ground floor (Exit 5). A trip to Milan city centre usually takes between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Fares are fixed for some major destinations:

Car-sharing
Upon arrival at the airport, you can rent vehicles from the car-sharing companies Enjoy, E-Vai and Free2Move. Pick-up and drop-off points for these services are located on the sixth floor of the P2 car park.
