The premises offer various parking options suitable for both short and long stays, as well as specific areas for passenger pick-up and drop-off.
Parking Options
- P1 XL: Covered and uncovered parking with direct access to the check-in area via a walkway on the second floor. It is the closest option to the concourse.
- P2 Executive: Covered spaces (multilevel car park) just a 1-minute walk from the terminal, featuring a direct access tunnel to the check-in area.
- P2 Rider: Covered area exclusively for motorbikes and scooters within the P2 car park.
- P3 Smart: Outdoor car park located about a 2-minute walk from the main building. Available only through online booking, offering advantageous rates.
- P4 New: Open-air car park situated around a 10-minute walk away. It offers a free shuttle service to the terminal.
Passenger Pick-Up and Drop-Off Areas (Kiss & Fly)
- At Departures: There is a short-stay parking area in front of the entrance. Payment is made exclusively at the meter/pay station.
- At Arrivals: There are spaces along the kerb. Payment can be made at automatic meters or at staffed booths.
- Short-Stay Benefit: The P2 Executive car park is free for the first 20 minutes, ideal for dropping off or picking up passengers quickly.
Facilities for passengers with special needs
Milan Linate Airport strives to provide an accessible and supportive environment for all passengers. Travellers requiring special assistance, such as wheelchairs or support for reduced mobility, are advised to notify their airline or travel agency at least 48 hours in advance to ensure appropriate services.
Assistance for Passengers with Reduced Mobility
The airport offers a variety of services and adapted facilities to ensure autonomy and comfort for passengers with reduced mobility:
- Call points in key areas (car parks, arrivals/departures kerbsides, public transport stations) to request assistance.
- Reserved and free parking spaces in car parks P1 and P2 (upon presentation of the official permit).
- Tactile paths and Braille signage for visually impaired passengers.
- Accessible lifts and ramps throughout the terminal.
- Adapted toilets.
- Wheelchairs available upon request.
- Trained staff providing assistance from arrival at the airport to boarding and vice versa.
Unaccompanied Minors
- Accompaniment service: Children aged between 4 and 14 travelling alone are accompanied by airline staff from check-in to boarding and supervised during the flight. It is essential to arrange this service directly with the airline.
Autism Project
In collaboration with dedicated associations, Linate Airport is part of the "Autism Project: Travelling at the Airport", designed to facilitate the travel experience for people with autism spectrum disorders and their families. This project offers:
- Downloadable visual and social guides explaining the airport process step by step.
- Airport staff who are trained and sensitised to provide support.
- Predefined routes and the possibility of taking “familiarisation visits” before travelling.
