United Club

Location: Opposite gate A9.

Hours: 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Terminal B

United Club

Location: On the south mezzanine, near gates B1–B12.

Hours: 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Access: United Club members, premium cabin passengers on United and Star Alliance airlines, and active U.S. military personnel.

Terminal C

United Club

Location: Near gate C33 (North Lounge) and near gate C4 (South Lounge).

Hours: 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Access: United Club members, premium cabin passengers on United and Star Alliance airlines, and active U.S. military personnel.

Terminal D

Air France Lounge

Location: Near gate D12.

Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Access: Business class passengers on Air France and KLM, SkyTeam Elite Plus frequent flyers, and members of lounge programs such as Priority Pass.

The Centurion Lounge

Location: Accessible via elevator near gate D12.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Access: Exclusively for American Express Platinum and Centurion cardmembers.

KLM Crown Lounge

Location: Near gate D16.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Access: Business class passengers on KLM and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, and paying lounge program members.

USO Center

Location: Near gate D8.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Access: Exclusively for active-duty U.S. military personnel and their families.

Terminal E

Location: Between gates E11 and E12.

The airport offers a wide range of services for passengers, including free Wi-Fi access in all terminals, ATMs, mail drop boxes, and charging stations for electronic devices.

Financial services

Currency exchange: Currency exchange counters (Travelex) are available in Terminals B, C, D, and E. Opening hours vary by location, so it is recommended to check the airport directory for details.

ATMs: ATMs from Chase and Cardtronics can be found both before and after security checkpoints in all terminals.

Amenities and business

Business center: The Houston Airport Marriott, accessible via the underground train (Subway) between Terminals B and C, offers a full-service business center with executive services and meeting rooms.

Device charging: Free charging stations are available in every terminal, located near boarding gates and in food court areas.

Dining

The airport features a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, and fast-food outlets throughout all terminals. Several locations offer 24-hour service to accommodate flights at all times of day.

There is an extensive selection of shops, including duty-free stores in the departure areas of Terminals A, B, D, and E. Passengers will also find electronics, fashion, accessories, books, souvenirs, and confectionery shops.

Baggage

Baggage carts: Available for rent in baggage claim areas and check-in zones.

Protective baggage wrapping: Baggage wrapping services are available on the departures level of Terminals A and D.

Lost and found office: The airport’s lost and found service is managed centrally and is located on the arrivals level of Terminal E. In-person service hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To report a lost item, passengers must use the official online form only.

Other services

Wellness: Spa services (XpresSpa), massage chairs, and shoe-shine stands are available in several terminals.

Interfaith chapels: The airport has chapels for prayer and meditation located near gate D7 and in Terminal C, close to gates C29–C33.

Families: Nursing rooms and baby-changing facilities are available in restrooms throughout all terminals.

Pet relief areas: Designated relief areas for pets and service animals are located outside each terminal and in specific post-security zones.
