Terminals
The airport has 5 terminals (A, B, C, D, and E), open 24 hours.
Inter-terminal connection: the airport has two free train systems to connect terminals:
- Skyway: an elevated train operating in the secure area (post-security) that connects all terminals. It runs 24 hours a day with an approximate frequency of 2 minutes.
- Subway: an underground train operating in the public area (pre-security), connecting all five terminals and the Marriott Hotel. Hours: 3:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., with a frequency of 3 minutes.

Information desks
Information desks are located in the baggage claim areas of Terminals A and C, in the corridor connecting Terminals D and E, and on the international arrivals level of Terminal E. These desks operate daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Additionally, passengers will find interactive information kiosks and a team of volunteers—identifiable by their red uniforms—throughout the airport to assist travelers.

Additional services
Cell Phone Lots: The airport provides two free waiting areas where drivers can stay while waiting to pick up arriving passengers. Drivers must remain with their vehicle at all times. These areas are clearly signposted at the airport entrances.
