Aeroporti VIP Club Toscana
It is located on the first floor of the departures area, after passing through security controls (airside area). Its modern and functional design makes it an ideal place to relax for both business and leisure travellers.
Opening hours: Open daily from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Food and Drink
The food and beverage offering includes a selection of traditional Italian cafés, snack bars, and fast-food and gourmet restaurants. These options are available both in the public hall and in the boarding areas, allowing passengers to enjoy Tuscan cuisine before their flight.
Shopping and Duty Free

Baggage Services
- Luggage Trolleys: Available free of charge in the parking areas and inside the passenger terminal.
- Lost Property: The office is located in the baggage reclaim area. To file a claim for items lost within the terminal, you must complete the official form available on the airport’s website.
Other Services
The airport offers a first aid clinic for medical emergencies, breastfeeding rooms and areas equipped for baby care. Although it does not have its own business centre, the nearby Novotel Firenze Nord Aeroporto hotel provides meeting rooms and conference facilities.
