Okapi Business Lounge - Available from 7:30 am until the last flight of the day, next to the international waiting hall. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Printers, drinks, press, smoking lounge, air conditioning, private rooms, TV, telephones, luggage storage, Wi-Fi, snacks. Access: with DragonPass membership.

The Suite - It is found opposite the Brussels Airlines boarding gates and opens from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm and from 5:00 pm until the last flight of the day. Selection of snacks and refreshments, workstations, Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers and magazines, tablets. Access: with Miles & More HON Circle, Senator or Frequent Traveler membership, first or business class passengers from Brussels Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

The airport has a bank (8:30 am to 3:30 pm), ATMs, post office, VIP lounges and mobile phone services.

Food and Drinks- There is a restaurant in the public area and a coffee shop in the Departures Hall.
Shopping- Duty-free items in the International Departures area, clothing, jewellery, accessories, souvenirs.
Baggage- The lost and found office is situated in the Arrivals Hall (Tel +243 990 003 002) and operates from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Other Services- Dispensary, travel agencies.
