International travel to Turkey is allowed. You need to meet the requirements to ensure entry is allowed.
If another country has been visited in the previous 14 days that is on the suspended list, travelers are subject to further testing and quarantine requirements, regardless of vaccination status. The list of high-risk countries, quarantine duration, and testing dates can be found HERE
Travelers presenting a valid international certificate for full COVID-19 vaccination, using an approved vaccine, are exempt from pre-departure testing requirements. The final dose must have been administered at least 14 days prior to departure. All vaccines approved by the World Health Organization are accepted. You can find more information about vaccines HERE
All travelers are subject to a medical evaluation upon arrival. Passengers showing symptoms of discomfort will undergo a PCR test at the airport. If a positive result is returned, self-quarantine will be required at a government facility run by the traveler.
A 'traveler medical certificate' must be completed within 72 hours of departure.
