Dalaman Airport (DLM), opened in 1981, is one of the main gateways to southwestern Turkey and the so-called Turkish Riviera. Terminals

The airport complex has two passenger terminals operating 24 hours a day, located next to each other, making pedestrian transit between them easy:

• Domestic Terminal: Dedicated exclusively to flights within Turkey.
• International Terminal: A modern building inaugurated in 2018 to handle all foreign traffic.

Information and passenger assistance desks are available both in the departure areas (check-in level) and in the arrivals halls of both terminals.

Parking services at Dalaman airport (DLM)

The airport features a large parking area located just a few steps from the International and Domestic terminals, allowing quick and convenient access to check-in and arrivals areas. The facility is monitored by CCTV systems 24 hours a day.

Parking Options: The car park is designed to accommodate both short- and long-term stays. Spaces are organised to facilitate traffic flow and ensure the safety of vehicles during passengers’ absence.

Payment Management: Payment for the service is made at manual or automated stations located within the parking area before retrieving the vehicle. Cash and major credit/debit cards are accepted.

Premium Services and Accessibility

Valet Service: For added convenience, the airport offers a valet parking service. You can hand over your vehicle at the designated points in front of the terminal departure doors and request its return upon your arrival by contacting the staff at the valet desk.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Dalaman Airport is designed to be an accessible environment, featuring adapted infrastructure that includes ramps, appropriately sized lifts, escalators, and toilets designed for wheelchair users. To ensure a smooth experience, passengers requiring special assistance or the use of wheelchairs are advised to contact their airline or travel agency at least 48 hours before their flight departure.

Assistance Services

Airport staff provide support during check-in, passport control, and boarding processes. Upon arrival at the airport, passengers may request assistance at information desks or via designated call points. The service covers assistance from the terminal entrance to the aircraft seat, and vice versa for arriving flights.

Sensory and Invisible Accessibility

Sunflower Lanyard: The airport participates in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower programme. Passengers with invisible disabilities (such as autism, learning difficulties, or hearing loss) can request a sunflower lanyard at the information desks. This identifier allows staff to discreetly recognise that the traveller may need more time, patience, or specific assistance during their journey.

Assistance Dogs: Certified guide and assistance dogs are permitted in the terminals. It is recommended to inform the airline in advance to comply with the relevant safety and transport regulations.

Reserved Parking: The airport provides designated parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, located near terminal entrances and exits to facilitate direct access.
