Terminals

The airport features a modern integrated terminal, inaugurated in 2006, which houses domestic and international flight sectors under one roof. It operates 24 hours a day and passenger flows are clearly segregated by zones:

• Domestic Sector: Located in the east wing of the building.
• International Sector: Located in the west wing of the building.

You can find information desks in the domestic arrivals hall and in the boarding areas for both domestic and international flights. In addition, there are customer service centres located throughout the departures levels to assist with queries regarding flights and airport services.

The airport offers extensive parking facilities operating 24 hours a day, with a total capacity exceeding 4,000 vehicles. The options are designed for both short- and long-term stays, ensuring safety and convenience for passengers.

Multi-storey Car Park

This is the airport’s main facility. This covered building provides protection from weather conditions and is directly connected to the passenger terminal via two covered pedestrian bridges at departures and arrivals levels.

Open-air Car Park

An outdoor parking area. It is a convenient option for those seeking quick and easy access to the terminal areas.

Location: Located approximately 50 metres from the main building.

Valet Service

For added convenience, the airport offers a valet parking service available 24 hours a day. Drop-off and pick-up points are located outside the entrance doors of the domestic and international departures areas.

Payments and Subscriptions

The payment system is automated to streamline users’ exit. Various payment methods and points are available throughout the facility:

• Payment points: You can pay at the manual booths located at the parking exits or at the automatic payment machines situated on levels P1, P2 and P4 of the multi-storey car park.
• Payment methods: Cash and credit cards are accepted. It is also possible to manage payment via authorised mobile applications.
• Subscriptions: If you plan to leave your vehicle for several days, subscription passes for 7 to 15 days are available at reduced rates. These must be arranged at the parking subscription office within the first hour after entry.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

Ankara Esenboga Airport offers infrastructure adapted and specialised services to ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers with disabilities, reduced mobility, and families travelling with young children.

Passengers with Reduced Mobility or Disabilities

The terminal features access ramps, spacious lifts with braille signage, adapted toilets, accessible telephones, and check-in counters at a reduced height. The building also includes tactile paving to assist passengers with visual impairments.

PRM Assistance: Passengers requiring a wheelchair or personalised assistance should contact their airline at least 48 hours prior to their flight.

Invisible Disabilities: The airport participates in the Sunflower Lanyard programme. Passengers with conditions such as autism, dementia, or anxiety may request this identifier at information desks to receive additional support from staff during their journey.

Parking: Designated parking spaces for passengers with disabilities are available near the terminal entrances.

Travelling with Children

For those travelling with babies and children, the airport provides facilities designed for comfort before boarding.

Pushchairs: Complimentary pushchairs are available for passenger use after security checks, allowing convenient movement towards the boarding gates. They can be found at designated points after passport control.

Baby Care Rooms: Private rooms equipped for nappy changing and breastfeeding are available, located in both departures and arrivals areas of the domestic and international sections.

Play Areas: Children’s play areas are located in the boarding zones, designed so that children can play in a safe environment while waiting for their flight.
