Antalya Airport, opened on April 1, 1998, is one of the most important in Turkey and, on a global scale, has experienced one of the greatest traffic growths in the last years, mostly from the tourist movement to the Mediterranean beaches during the summer. The airport is located 10 km (6 miles) to the east of the city of Antalya.
Bus - Line 600 from Antalya Ulasim (Tel +90 242 331 1250) departs every 30 minutes between 6:00 am and 3:45 am to Antalya bus station (otogar). Buses leave from there to different important locations, such as Aspendos, Side Manavgat and Alanya. Line 800 connects the airport with Sarisu every 2 hours from 6:15 am to 11:45 pm. To get to the city centre you have to take a tram from AntRay near the main station, headed for Merkez, and alight at Ismetpasa. There are parking lots opposite each of the terminals, monitored through security staff and video cameras. The first 15 minutes of stay across from the international terminals have no charge. Rates
Facilities include reserved parking spaces in front of the terminals, proper signage, adapted telephones and restrooms, accessible counters, lifts and escalators. Airlines provide assistance during check-in and boarding procedures, as well as guide dogs and free porter services. Unaccompanied minors will be supervised by the corresponding airline.
