Ride-Hailing Services (Uber, 99)

The use of ride-hailing platforms is regulated to ensure smooth traffic flow. Specific areas are designated depending on the type of trip:

• Arriving at the airport (Passenger Drop-off): Drivers must drop off passengers exclusively on the Upper Level (Check-in area).
• Leaving the airport (Passenger Pick-up): To meet your driver, proceed to the Lower Level (Basement). Follow the signs to the designated ride-hailing area, located along the outer curb.

Estimated Fare: A trip to Paulista Avenue or São Paulo's Historic Downtown typically costs between R$35.00 and R$75.00, depending on demand and time of day.

Executive Buses (Airport Bus Service)

This service provides direct transportation between Congonhas Airport and Guarulhos International Airport (GRU). The buses feature air conditioning, luggage compartments, and greater comfort than regular public transportation.

Bus Stop: Located on the Lower Level, in the public transportation area.

Frequency: Departures operate throughout the day at regular intervals of approximately one hour.

Free Airline Shuttle Services

Airlines provide complimentary shuttle services for passengers traveling between the region's airports. The service is available exclusively to passengers with confirmed connecting flights.

• GOL and LATAM: Operate shuttle service between Congonhas (CGH) and Guarulhos (GRU). The meeting point is located in the basement level, south wing.
• Azul: Connects Congonhas (CGH) with Viracopos Airport (VCP) in Campinas. Boarding takes place on the basement level, near the taxi stand.

Requirement: You must present your ticket or boarding pass together with a valid photo ID.

Regional Buses

Direct bus services depart from the airport to key cities throughout the state, eliminating the need to travel to São Paulo's main bus terminals.

Destinations:
- Santos and the Coast: Operated by Expresso Luxo and Cometa.
- Campinas: Operated by Lirabus (VB Transportes).

Taxis

Taxi service operates 24 hours a day from the Lower Level (Basement), just outside the arrivals area. The service is regulated by the city government and offers three vehicle categories:

Public Transportation and Metro

Although the airport is not currently connected directly to a metro station, several SPTrans city bus routes provide quick access to the rail network within minutes.

Main Connections:
- Line 1-Blue: Bus connection to São Judas or Santa Cruz stations.
